I have more than 15 years of experience leading teams to better insights, inspiration and strategies. I'm a proud Tarheel and graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and received my MS in Mass Communications from VCU Brandcenter. I live in Winston-Salem, NC with my husband and two kids. I love to run and enjoy oversharing the lives of my two-year-old and six-year-old on Instagram.
